Photo exhibition and presentation of a book about the milk value chain in West Africa

After many years of research and field studies conducted in several countries, the SIVtro members Massimo Zecchini and Anna Cantafora published a book, about the milk value chain in West Africa.The work will be presented by the authors at the University of Milan. A photo exhibition was also realized, from the shots taken during the field missions over the whole region.
Opening on December 14th, by the lecturehall of the University.
